Dothan Country Club has an innovative and comprehensive fitness facility with convenient access seven days a week. The Fitness Center contains the needed equipment to work every muscle group in your body, complete with a studio exercise room, TRX/RIP, and a variety of group classes.


Fitness Center & Equipment

The Dothan Country Club Fitness Center contains 4000 square feet of cardiovascular and strength-training equipment complemented by a complete array of locker room and changing room amenities. 

The facility offers a complete line of Cybex fitness equipment (treadmills, exercise bikes, ARC Trainers), free weights stations, cable systems and strength equipment, functional training accessories, and a facility-wide entertainment system.



Locker Room

Everything you need.

In our recent renovation, a fantastic overall was done on the men's and women's locker rooms located in the Activities Building near our Golf Shop and Fitness Center. The locker rooms are perfect for everyone. If you simply need a place to store your bag while you work out or if you want to play a round of golf and then need to shower, shave, and dress before a business meeting, our locker rooms have all you need. Our locker rooms are full service, including, showers, private dressing rooms, towel service, toiletries, hair dryers, personal lockers, a steam room and shoe services.



Programs & Service 

There are a variety of classes offered to our members that are led by one of our certified personal trainers who all hold training or certification in different areas of fitness and wellness.

The classes are held at various times of the day to allow for multiple opportunities to attend a class that fits in your schedule. The knowledge our trainers hold vary from rehabilitation & injury prevention to weight management training. Some of the programs and services offered include a full complement of group exercise classes, Titleist Performance Golf Fitness Training, youth agility & conditioning classes, Therapeutic Stretching, sport specific training, & TRX/RIP training.



Personal Training

Services are offered to members who are looking for fitness advice to develop an individualized workout program.

It is a service that provides a member one-on-one sessions with a personal trainer. Your trainer will create and guide you through your entire workout, while providing fitness education and cueing proper technique and form.  Personal training is an excellent opportunity to obtain assistance in meeting individual health and fitness goals.
